“MythBusters” is coming back — and this N.C. State alum might be hosting it.

Tamara Robertson, who graduated from N.C. State in 2009 with a degree in chemical and biomolecular engineering, is one of four finalists in “MythBusters: The Search,” a reality show where contestants compete to be the next host of “MythBusters.” (See her casting video here.)

Robertson will find out whether she’s won at 9 p.m. Saturday on the Science Channel, according to N.C. State News.

The original show, which ran for 14 years on the Discovery Channel, ended last year. Original hosts Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage won’t be returning to the new show.

And even if she doesn’t win, Robertson has gotten to do some cool stuff — like build a Spider Man-suction device and walk up the outside of a seven-story building.

You can read more about Robertson and her adventures here.
